Kein Scherz, die Wohnung ist noch im Rohbau. 

Beim Kauf im August wurde der 1. Mai als Einzugstermin genannt; im November auf 1. Juni korrigiert. Der aller-ursprünglichste Plan war der 1.April und realistisch wird wohl Mitte / Ende Juni sein.

When I bought it, 1st Mai was target move-in date; In November it was changed to 1st June. Original target was 1st of April, realistic is probably mid/end June.

so schnell kanns gehen: mal 2 Wochen nicht auf der Baustelle
und schon ist die Bodenheizung eingezogen und läuft :-)

that was quick: haven't been on site for two weeks and look at this:
underfloor heating is up and running (well: right now it is still an "on-the-floor-heating* lol)

hmm. es hat 2 level.. wie kommt die Heizung nach oben?
wait a moment.. there are two levels.. how are we going up?

und dann das.. Bodensteckdose vergessen?
ich mach besser mal ein paar Notizen auf den Boden und ne Email an den GU....
did they forget the floor box power socket?..
I'll better leave some markups on the floor and send an email to the contractor...

=> einen Tag später ist das Problem behoben;
gerade noch rechtzeitig bevor der Unterlagsboden eingebracht wird.

=> one day later: problem solved, just in time before the cement will be brought in.

man kann noch meine Botschaft sehen :-)
