Faux brick wall, brick veneers, effect wall,

however wou wanna call it, it brings some WOW to a room. 

 

Falsche Backstein-Wand, Klinker-Verblendung, Effekt-Wand,
wie auch immer man es nennen will, es bringt das gewisse Etwas in einen Raum.

Es gibt da eine Stelle, wo sowas perfekt passen würde: da wo der Unterzug abgestützt ist.

There is a space in my appartment, where brick veneer would fit perfectly: where the beam is supported.

Meine Nachbarin hat den Versatz belassen - sie wird ihn wohl noch farbig gestalten, nehme ich an; Bei mir hat der GU versagt und die Nische, trotz anderweitiger Absprache, zu gemacht!
Aber hey, kein Drama, ich bin ja flexibel... Wenn schon keine Vertiefung, dann mach ich halt was auf die Wand, sieht vieleicht sogar besser aus ;-)

My neigbours left a little alcove or offset in the wall, but the contractor messed it up in mine and closed the gap against our previous agreement!

But hey - no drama. I'm flexible... if there is no back offset, I'll put something on the wall, might look even better ;-)

jaja zuviel ist nicht gut, aber an mindestens einer andern Stelle sollte ich es schon nochmals verwenden
I know: too much is too much, but I should use it at least once at another place, shouldn't I?
