K65 Bad

Zurück zum Bad in meiner Wohnung:

geplant waren Einbau-Spiegelschränke im Bad/Dusche und im WC:

 

Aber das mit dem Einbauen ist so ne Sache..

Problem -1

im WC ist die Wand zu dünn und einfach ungeeignet.

Entscheid -1
im WC gibts keinen Einbau-Spiegelschrank,
sondern "nur" einen ovalen Spiegel auf die Wand..
ev. links und rechts davon noch eine schöne Lampe....

 Problem gelöst... oder?!?

Ovale Spiegel - etwas verschnörkelt eventuell? oder bunt?

und dazu links und rechts ein bischen Bling-Bling

...Samstag, 19.Januar, Termin Vorort (zum Glück hatte ich mein Messband dabei)...

Problem -2
im Bad sind die Heizungsrohre nicht da wo sie sein sollten!
und es stellt sich heraus dass ein Einbauspiegelschrank auch da nicht geht..

Entscheid -2
Neues Konzept mit grossem Spiegel über die ganze Breite
und anstelle des Hochschranks ein niedrigeres Möbel
 => GU bezahlt, da es sein Fehler ist :)

Die Idee gefällt, aber ein passendes, niedriges Möbel zu bekommen ist schwierig
(aus der selben Serie wie der Waschtisch  gibts was, aber die Tiefe stimmt nicht...)

Deshalb mein Vorschlag:
den Waschtisch nach links weiterziehen (nochmals mit Schubladen)
und eine grosse Ablage schaffen.

 ...etwas Farbe würde dem auch noch gut tun,
wie wärs mit einer Aubergine-farbenen Wand ?

Fenster

Überraschung! 

das Loch fürs Fenster zum Bad ist da, und plötzlich hängt die Steckdose fürs Modem in der Luft.. :-) :-)  Tja, da muss der Elektriker nochmals ran (ich hatte das ja schon angemerkt als ich das Leerrohr gesehen hatte, aber naja, nicht mein Problem, das zu lösen, gell.. ist ja auch kein Beinbruch - das kriegt man hin)

Schlimmer ist das Problemchen mit dem Einbauspiegelschrank; der sollte eigentlich dahin wo die schwarz isolierten Rohre jetzt sind.. Jaaa, die Masse waren seit November bekannt, aber shit happens... lange Geschichte... Lösung: kein Einbauspiegelschrank, dafür ein grosser Spiegel auf die (noch zu erstellende) Vorwand; dafür bekomme ich vom GU einen Badschrank spendiert, weil er es verhängt hat... hmm, mal schauen ob er die Kosten für den grossen Spiegel auch gleich übernimmt ;-)

 Jedenfalls finde ich das Fenster hat sich gelohnt.. es wird aus Milchglas werden, auch wenn man vom Wohnzimmer her nur den Kopf sehen würde wenn ich in der Dusche stehe.

Surprise, surprise
Finally the opening for the window of the bathroom is in. It took a while and now the socket hangs in the ait *lol*.. the sparky will need to fix that (I've told them before.. well, not my problem, isn't it.. and anyway: that will be an easy one).

What is worse: I planned to have an embedded mirror cabinet. Guess what: it should be there where the black insulated pipes are... Yeeesss the dimensions have been given to the contractors in November, but shit happens.. long story.. anyway, the solution is: the pipes will be boxed in and a big mirror will go on that wall. And the contractor will pay for a cabinet as compensation - nice. (uhmm.. I wonder if he will take over the costs for the mirror as well...)

I think its totally worth having that window as it brings in a lot of light to the passage behind the bathroom. The windwo will be frosted glass, even if you can only see my head from the living room..

Im Bad ist eine Tür geplant, welche viel wertvollen Platz verschendet.
Ich möchte stattdessen eine Schiebetür. Der Architekt lässt sich überzeugen, aber er will die Tür auf der Innenseite des Bads haben, mit der Begründung das sei schöner...
Nun, mir ist herzlich egal, ob ER das schöner findet, die Tür kommt auf die Aussenseite.

der Rest der Wohnung wird ziemlich schnörkellos und modern, da darf diese Tür etwas rustikal sein.

Die Geschichte mit der Tür...       The story of the door...

Gleich als ich die Wohnung im August kaufte, hab ich eine Anpassung im WC vorgenommen.
Die Tür soll versetzt und gegen aussen zu öffnen sein.
Leider ist diese Info auf der Baustelle erst 5 Monate später angekommen :-)
Aber nun ist die Öffnung da wo sie sein soll.

Right when I bought the apartment in August, I asked for a change in the restroom.
The door shall be moved to the centre and to be opened to the other side.
Unfortunately it took 5 month for this info to reach the building site…  :-)

But now the opening is where it shall be.

Bis Mitte November wäre es noch einfach gewesen das zu ändern

- aber dann wurde der Türrahmen installiert.  Naja, ist ja nicht MEIN Problem...

29.07.2015, 08:00:  Besichtigung (3.5 Zi Wohnung H21E, sowie die Lofts K65 & K67)
29.7. - 2.8.:  mit Familie /Freunden beratschlagt...

02.08.2015:  Entscheid für das Loft K65

  3.8. - 7.8.:   Banktermine für Vorabklärungen bezüglich meiner Hypothekentauglichkeit:
                     Man hält mich für Hypothekenwürdig :-)

08.08.2015:  Reservationsantrag unterschrieben und die erste Anzahlung gemacht
                     (in der Höhe eines gut ausgestatteten Kleinwagens - autsch!)

11.08.2015:  K65 ist nun reserviert für mich - JUHUUUU!

12.08.2015:  .. und schon habe ich die ersten Änderungswünsche:

1) Ich möchte gerne beim Bad oben (in Richtung Küche) ein Fenster mit Mattglas (keine Glasbausteine, so wie andere das machen) einbauen um Licht ins Bad zu bringen.

2) Den ganzen Bad/WC Bereich möchte ich noch genauer besprechen:

a) Dusche statt Badewanne 

b) Waschmaschine / Tumbler ins WC anstatt im Abstellraum hinter der Tür (echt jetzt? Wer kommt den auf DIE Idee??). Und deswegen muss die Tür zum WC versetzt werden (da wo die Tür war (was für eine Platzverschwendung!) ist nun WM/T) und weil das WC zu klein ist, muss die Tür nach aussen aufgehen.. alles klar? Ich machte ne Skizze und schickte sie gleich mit...

3) über der Eingangstür ein Glas-Panel, um mehr Licht rein zu bringen; das war so in der Visualisierung, aber leider nicht im Baubeschrieb. (Nachdem ich den Baubeschrieb akribisch durchgelesen hab, hat dieser nun bereits mehr rote Markierungen als eine AS-BUILT Zeichnung unserer GIS...)

.. wird alles so an den GU weitergeleitet.

12.8 - 20.8.:  ein paar Detailfragen administrativer Natur klären, nichts dramatisches...
und die diverse Banken nochmals abklappern wegen der Hypothek: Fest- oder Libor, 5 oder 10 Jahre.... bei den jetzigen Hypozinsen darf man wohl gerne etwas längerfristig denken und planen...

29.7. - 2.8.:  discussed it with friends and family

02.08.2015:  decision to buy the loft K65

  3.8. - 7.8.:   appointments at different banks to check my suitability for a mortgage:
                     yes, they think its fine :-)

08.08.2015:  signed and handed in the request for reservation of the place
                     and paid the first down payment (one could buy a very nice car for that)

11.08.2015:  K65 is now reserved for me - jipiiee!!

12.08.2015:  .. and already I wanna change some things:

1) a frosted glass window in the bathroom towards kitchen, to bring more light into the bathroom

2) the whole situation in bathroom and restroom need to be discussed:
a) shower instead of bathtub

b) washing machine and tumble dryer to be moved into restroom, instead of having it in the storage room ... who on earth had this stupid idea anyway? Because of that, the door to the restroom need to be moved towards the middle of the room (as WM/T will be where the door was) and because the room is very small it need to be open to the hallway. ….everything clear? I’ll make a sketch to be sent to the architect…

3) a glass panel above the entrance door, again to let more light in (this has been visualized like this but on the building specification its different, unfortunately… After I read through the spec it had more red marks on it than an AS-BUILT drawing of one of our substations…

.. all this goes straight to the main contractor.

12.8 - 20.8.:   a few details need to be sorted – more administratively, nothing dramatic
and check with the banks again regarding mortgage: fixed- or libor-rate, 5 or 10 years…?
.. with the actual interest rates one can think and plan more long-term..
